1. Who we are

2. Who can use Terra Studio

Terra Studio is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By making an account you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3. What Terra Studio is, and what it isn’t

Terra Studio makes nature soundscapes and binaural tones for relaxation and focus. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Please read Safety and how to listen well before you listen. You are responsible for keeping your volume at a safe level and for not listening when you need your full attention, for example while driving.

4. Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can.

5. Plans

  • The Playground and Grove are free.
  • Canopy is a paid plan. [Describe prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellation and refunds once payments are set up.]
  • If a Canopy plan ends, your account moves to Grove. Your saved presets and journal stay, but Canopy features stop working until you return to Canopy.
  • The mixes you save and the notes you write are yours. You let us store and show them back to you so the service works.
  • Anyone who has one of your share links can listen to that mix until you revoke the link or it expires. Only share links with people you choose.
  • Sound files you export are for your own personal use. [Decide whether to allow other uses, such as in videos, and say so here.]

7. Fair use

Please don’t:

  • try to get around the plan limits or security of the service, or access other people’s accounts or data;
  • copy, resell or redistribute the Canopy sounds, visual themes or software;
  • send automated traffic that puts unreasonable load on the service;
  • use Terra Studio in a way that breaks the law.

8. Our content

The software, sounds, visuals and text of Terra Studio belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them through the service.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Terra Studio running well but can’t promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change or end features. If a change takes away something you have paid for, we will tell you in advance and [describe the remedy, for example a pro-rata refund].

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, [set out the liability cap and exclusions appropriate to your jurisdiction and business]. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights the law gives you.

11. Changes to these terms
